The Blues face another test this evening as League Two rivals Edinburgh City visit the LIME Stadium at Stair Park.
The Blues also lost to Ayr, but earned a draw at Alloa at the weekend, and will be looking for three points tonight to kickstart their Premier Sports Cup campaign.
City have already notched up their first win of the competition, having beaten Alloa Athletic one week ago, with defeats either side to Falkirk and Ayr United.
Kickoff is 7.45pm.

Admission is ‘pay at the gate’. Season tickets are not valid for tonight’s cup tie.
Away fans can enter the ground from the away turnstile opposite the main stand. This turnstile is cash only.
