- All prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
- Postage and packaging (P&P) charges apply to physical items and will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

Pre-orders
- Pre-order items are available for purchase before their official release date. These items are clearly marked as “pre-order” on the product page along with an estimated shipping or availability date.
- Payment for pre-orders is taken at the time of purchase. This payment secures your order for delivery once the item becomes available.
- If there are any changes to the expected shipping date, customers will be notified via email. We appreciate your patience and understanding should any delays occur.
