We are delighted to confirm that committee member Steven Hardie has taken on the position of the club’s Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO).
Quickly becoming an integral person behind the scenes since joining the committee, Steven is a lifetime Stranraer supporter, which will go hand in hand with his new role at the club.
“Having followed the Blues from a young age, I know the importance of an enjoyable and smooth match day experience, whether it be at home or an away day.
“This role for me is about being the bridge between our fans and our club, working hand in hand with my fellow committee, our safety officer, and the local community.
“The line of communication is always open through myself, and I am an extremely approachable person – no matter the feedback whether it’s positive or negative, help us be aware by contacting myself.
“I look forward to seeing the usual suspects and some new faces around Stair Park this season.
“We can’t do this without our fans, so let’s push forward as one heading into this new season.”
Formally incorporating the role of a Supporter Liaison Officer is the latest step from the club in bringing Stranraer FC, our supporters, town, and community closer than ever before, as we continue what is already a history making and record breaking pre-season.
