Following last night’s annual general meeting, we are delighted to announce that George Frank will be joining the committee as its twelfth member.
George’s contributions as a volunteer have included growing our social media presence, maintaining the club website, producing video content, and managing our live stream and ‘Club 1870’ subscription service.
A long-time Blues supporter, George brings valuable media and communications experience from his work in the public sector.
The new committee member said: “I am over the moon to be joining the committee at Stair Park.
“Stranraer is a special football club with a big place in my heart, and I’m particularly excited to build on the momentum of recent months, which shows what we can achieve when the club and community work together.
“I look forward to working with my fellow committee members, the coaching staff, players, and supporters to help us to achieve success on and off the pitch.”
Our thanks go to the departing David McMillan, who vacated his position earlier this year having served the club over many years.
We would also like to extend our gratitude to the other members who stood for election, and hope to see them stand for election again in the future.
