Stranraer FC regret to inform all that we have received reports of issues within the ground during the game, and major disturbances at the end of the match in the Stair Park area, after the recent Clyde fixture on Saturday 10 February.
The club have been in contact with Police Scotland assisting them with enquiries into the disorder during and after Saturday’s match.
As a club, we are committed to stopping any violence or disorder, and would request anyone who has information to identify perpetrators from either set of supporters following the events of Saturday, to approach a club official or report direct to the police, with all information being handled in the strictest of confidence.
As a club, we strive to ensure the safety and security of all fans attending our games.
If you are an individual causing serious issues within the grounds of Stair Park, you will face a ban from the club, and potentially a further ban from all sports grounds within the country.
