Stranraer FC can confirm that Mark Russell has signed for fellow League Two side Stirling Albion.
The midfielder joined the Blues from Portadown just over 18 months ago and went on to make 70 appearances for the club, scoring 18 goals during his time at the LIME Stadium.
Mark’s commitment, ability and leadership were recognised at the start of this season when he was appointed club captain.
