Q: What if I can’t see the option for a one-game pass?

A: If the match in question is less then two days away, you should see an option for the match for your location on our sign up page.

If you don’t see this, your browser is likely showing you an older version of the page. You will need to do what’s called a “force refresh” to see the latest options.

On some devices, this is simply a case of accessing the page and then holding down the CTRL key and pressing F5, but you can find further instructions on how to do this here:

Q: How do I watch the game, do I need an access code?

A: There’s no access code required.

First, register and pay for the appropriate plan.

Then, sign in using the email address and password you used when you registered.

Within your account, you’ll see options for UK and Ireland or International. Click the correct option for your location around 15 minutes before kickoff and you’ll see the video on the next page.

Q: I’ve ordered a Stranraer FC LIVE subscription. Do I need a one-game pass for cup games?

A: Yes. You will need a one-game pass to watch any cup or playoff matches.

The Stranraer FC LIVE subscription works like a season ticket, with only regular home league games included.

Q: Can I watch on a smart TV, Fire Stick or similar devices?

If your smart TV or streaming media player has a web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox or Silk), you should be able to watch the stream, but it’s best to check ahead of time.

Once you’ve registered and paid on the website, enter in your smart TV’s web browser and sign in with your email and password.

Click the link for your location 15 minutes before kickoff to watch the stream. Use the small square icon on the video to make it full screen.

If your TV does not have a web browser, you can connect a suitable device such as a laptop to your TV via an HDMI cable, or use a USB-C to HDMI cables or similar to connect your phone.

Q: I don’t have a PayPal account, how do I pay?

Our checkout gives you the option of paying by PayPal or by Credit/Debit card, so you don’t need a PayPal account.

Q: I’ve forgotten my password.

A: You can reset your password to get back into your account.
