Belford Is Back

cbelford1617In the final signing news of the night, charismatic goalkeeper Cameron Belford has signed on at Stair Park for another year.

The experienced 28 year old signed initially on loan from Wrexham in January 2016, and has since become a firm favourite with the Blues faithful, making 63 appearances in his first two seasons at the club.

Belford said: "There's plenty of optimism going into the new season under the new management after the finish we had.

"I'm delighted to be extending my stay at Stranraer for another year, and excited for the season ahead."

Cammy will again be challenged for the number one jersey by young shot stopper Max Currie, after the former Motherwell keeper put pen to paper for the upcoming campaign.
