Steven Bell

sbell1617

Position: Midfield
Date of birth: 24/2/85
Place of birth: Glasgow
Previous clubs: Dundee United, Queen of the South, Stirling Albion, Dunfermline

Steven signed a short term deal in November 2013 and the Blues were delighted to help him back to match fitness. Started his career with Dundee United but only played pre-season games for them before joining Queen of the South in 2005 and making 2 appearances. He joined Stirling Albion for 2005/06 and clocked up a century of appearances for the Binos before moving to Dunfermline in 2008. After 80 games at East End Park, a serious injury in November 2010 looked to be the end for him but he fought back after 3 years out, proving to be a class act in midfield or defence. Became club captain in summer 2015.
