JORDAN ALLAN has signed on at Stair Park to become our latest signing of the transfer window.

Jordan started his career as a forward before evolving over the years into a left-sided player, playing most of his football at full back.

Although still only 24, the defender has a considerable amount of first team experience on both sides of the North Channel.

Starting out in the youth ranks at Dundee United, he made his first senior appearances for Albion Rovers, before spells at Greenock Morton and Montrose.

He then spent a year and a half across the water, turning out for League of Ireland Premier Division club Derry City and NIFL Premiership side Coleraine.

The defender has been a first team regular at League 2 level with Elgin City and Stirling Albion since returning to Scotland in 2017, and will now look to help shore up Stranraer's defence in League 1.

In our final signing of the night and to confirm news released by his former club earler in the week, goalkeeper Dale Burgess has officially put pen to paper to sign from junior side Renfrew FC
